QUICK WARM UP
• 40 long bow strokes over 4 strings.
• 40 lower half bow strokes over 4 strings.
• 40 upper half bow strokes over 4 strings.
• Open String.
• Open string and 1st finger alternating.
• Open, 1st, and 2nd finger alternating.
• Open, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd finger alternating.
QUICK POSTURE REVIEW
• Feet position.
• Violin rest position.
• Turn head over left shoulder.
• Shoulders facing forward without moving.
• Reach out with violin.
• Slip violin between chin and shoulder.
• Bring bow frog to the string.
• Bow hand pinky on top of the stick.
• Bow hand thumb between grip and frog.
