WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? • A violin lesson cancellation requires a 24-hour notification - unless an emergency such as illness or extreme weather – or the lesson is forfeited. A refund, pro-rate, or make-up lesson will occur at a mutually agreeable time and date for a cancellation. • A refund, pro-rate or make-up lesson will not occur for cancellations due to, but not limited to, forgetting an instrument or materials, damaged instrument, birthday parties, spontaneous vacations and dentist appointments, and spontaneous field trips, HOW DO I SCHEDULE LESSONS? • Please contact Michael Dabroski to request a lesson registration form. • Lesson time scheduling and group lesson enrollment may change from term to term, pending teacher and studio space availability and logistics. • Changes to lesson time and day during session by students are considered in writing but not guaranteed. HOW DO I PAY FOR VIOLIN LESSONS? • Please make check payable to Michael Dabroski, and mail to N2 Stonehenge Drive, South Burlington, Vermont 05403. • Invoices are mailed to registered violin lesson students. Payment for the term is expected prior to the first lesson. Payment by month (10 months) is due at the beginning of each month. Lesson space will be forfeited otherwise. • Students will not receive lessons following two services performed without payment. A Collection Agency may be used to collect a Term payment regarding default monthly payment contracts. • In the event of cancellation or termination, the refund amount (unless an emergency) is: 75% up to lesson #1, 50% after lesson #1 and before lesson #2, 25% after lesson #2 and before lesson #3, and 0% thereafter.
